Level Up HR is a non-commercial initiative designed for everyone who deals with current and future issues surrounding leadership, corporate culture, organizational development and new ways of work.
Through community exchange and conversations with experienced guests, we help make HR topics more visible and give them the importance they deserve within organizations today.

We encourage our community members to share their own experiences instead of advice. This allows all members to gain unbiased insights and find solutions that work for them.

James Weier
James Weier is President of the Denver Chapter of the Level Up HR Community and host of our English podcast. As US Director at EGYM Wellpass, the market leader in corporate health benefits, he focuses on elevating employee experience and strengthening HR leadership. His work is shaped by a collaborative, community-focused mindset.
Johannes Füß
Johannes Füß is the founder of Level Up HR and drives the community forward as President and the host of our German podcast. In his role as Senior Vice President at EGYM Wellpass, the market leader in corporate health benefits, he deals with the question of how organizations can harmonize performance, health, and sustainable development on a daily basis.
